We retained services from Integrity Hardwood Floors after our in home consultation. They were very straight forward with us on materials, timeline, and job cost. The job started on the confirmed dates and ended within a timely manner. They worked with our contractor to make sure the final protective coat was applied when needed. We feel that the attitude of the employees was at all times satisfactory; in fact I would say they exceeded expectations or standards. I never felt like they were offended if I asked a question. They kept the job site clean "no trace" when they left it. I feel the product we received was of good quality and installed properly. I would willingly re-hire Integrity Hardwood Floors if the opportunity arose.
